While that’s truly our hallmark, it’s also our mission. It’s how we’ve been able to build – and sustain –
a rock-solid reputation for providing the very best, highest quality, most wholesome and safest veal
product in today’s marketplace.
. . . But it’s more than just “words on paper” ... or in this case, on a screen. It’s an abiding philosophy that we live by each and every day. It’s our “point of differentiation” – and the reason why the most discriminating customers in the retail and foodservice industries choose to rely on our veal products for their customers. Reflectively, here’s how we set our standards for Consistently Superior Quality.
Quality. It may be the most overused term in industry today. It’s a simple fact of the laws of supply and demand: if your product does not meet the customer’s expectation of quality, you are not long for the market you serve. You either change your processes to meet or exceed those quality standards, or you perish – as have so many food manufacturers, particularly within the past decade or so.
Superior Quality. Granted, quality is a standard, an expectation. But there are different levels of quality – just as in most industries. As an example, book a flight with your favorite carrier, and you’re pretty much assured of arriving at your destination, reasonably on time. But you do have the choice to fly coach, or first class. While either allows you to reach your goal, the level of ‘quality’ experienced by the traveler is likely to be significantly different.
. . . So, from our perspective, quality alone is not enough. Quality has to be superior, in order for a manufacturer or supplier to continue to serve the customer’s demanding needs. But there’s one more critical factor....
Consistently Superior Quality! The true test then comes in consistently delivering on the promise of supply products of Superior Quality with each and every order... today, next week, next year – and every day in between. We do deliver on that promise.
