THE EXPERTS AGREE.The Humane Society of Holland conducted extensive testing of animals raised under this advanced production system. Based on both the measurable physiological traits of the animals and on direct observation, they concluded that animals raised in this system were calmer, healthier, and better cared for than in any other cow/calf production systems.

They concluded that the resulting product was leaner, and more nutritious than similar products raised in conventional systems. Furthermore, the findings indicated
that consumers prefer the taste and texture of product produced under this system to that of products raised in other ‘conventional' systems.

In the interest of sustainable family farming, we believe that this intricate system of production and monitoring provides for leaner, healthier, and higher quality animals than can be found in any other livestock production method. And the fact that our facilities meet or exceed the strict 2004
European Welfare Standards bears this out.
