. . . We’re now in the third generation of our family owned and managed veal processing operation in South Holland, Illinois. And how this “home” has changed to keep pace with the times!... We are continually expanding and modifying our plant, and investing in our processes AND our people, to provide you with a total service operation to adapt to changing market demands... to be as responsive as we can be to your needs.
