VEAL CHOPS WITH
MARSALA-GINGER SAUCE
Serves 4. Total Prep/Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
4 8-oz. 1" thick veal rib or loin chops, trimmed lean2 large cloves garlic, crushed2 t. olive oil½ t. salt½ c. Cribari Marsala wine2 t. minced fresh ginger1 t. Oriental sesame oil, dark
- Press crushed garlic into both sides of chops. In large, non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Place veal in skillet and season lightly with salt.; cook 12 to 14 minutes for medium doneness, turning once. Remove veal from skillet; keep warm.
- In same skillet, add Marsala wine and ginger; bring just to a biol, stirring to dissolve any bits of food remaining. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened; blend in dark sesame oil. Remove from heat. Spoon sauce over veal. Enjoy!
